Arrests

6/12 at 1:22 a.m. Thomas Kespert, 32, of Biddeford, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Brian McCarthy on charges of operating after suspension and possession of a suspended license. 

6/13 at 2:37 a.m. David Butler, 20, of Casco, was arrested on Highland Avenue by Officer Seth Page on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle, possession of scheduled drugs and receiving stolen property. 

6/13 at 2:37 a.m. Sean Elwell, 19, was arrested on Highland Avenue by Officer Seth Page on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle, possession of scheduled drugs and receiving stolen property.

6/13 at 1:27 p.m. Steven Plummer, 49, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Gerrish on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

6/17 at 10:25 a.m. A 13-year-old was summonsed on Wescott Road by Officer Adam Howard on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia. 

6/18 at 1:38 a.m. Keth Worthing, 19, of Windham, was summonsed on Danforth Street by Officer Seth Page on a charge of operating after suspension. 

6/18 at 1:51 p.m. Christopher Rubera, 19, of Portland, was summonsed on Main Street by Officer Steven Connors on a charge of operating after suspension.

6/18 at 3:55 p.m. Heather Holbrook, 29, of Lisbon Falls, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

6/18 at 4:06 p.m. A 16-year-old was summonsed on Cash Street by Officer David Stailing on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor. 

6/18 at 4:18 p.m. Jean O'Donnell, 59, of Portland, was summonsed on Broadway by Officer Richard Mearn on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

6/18 at 5:28 p.m. Cara Foley, 26, of Scarborough, was summonsed on Main Street by Officer David Stailing on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

Two ships passing in the night

6/19 at 7:11 p.m. Officer John Sutton was parked near Broadway and Elm street when he reportedly saw two vehicles strike one another while in motion. Only one car stopped. Sutton confirmed there had been a collision and stopped the vehicle that allegedly continued to drive. Jared Card, 29, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Sawyer Street disturbance

6/19 at 12:53 a.m. Police were called to Sawyer Street for a disturbance. Upon arrival, the officers were reportedly told there had been a confrontation with verbal threats. Ronald Peterson, 42, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Juvie drug bust

6/16 to 6/17 Officer Adam Howard conducted an investigation into allegations that a 12-year-old had provided prescription drugs to two other adolescents. As a result, three kids, ages 12-13, were summonsed for drug offenses, including furnishing scheduled drugs, possession of scheduled drugs, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, in which case a pipe was allegedly used for marijuana. The kids were summonsed and turned over to their parents.
