Arrests

5/2 at 1:41 a.m. Matthew Richio, 35, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Seth Page on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

5/2 at 7:25 p.m. Gladys Palacios, 38, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

5/2 at 7:25 p.m. Diomedes Salamanca, 40, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

5/3 at 12:23 a.m. Robert Oryem, 36, was arrested on Rollins Way by Officer Rocco Navarro on a charge of domestic violence assault.  

5/3 at 8:30 p.m. Michael Eldred, 29, was arrested on Cottage Road by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on a charge of violation of conditional release.

5/4 at 7:29 p.m. David Warren, 19, of Paxton, Mass., was arrested on Fort Road by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on a charge of criminal trespass.

5/5 at 7:12 p.m. Charles Vassie, 29, of New Gloucester, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Scott Corbett on charges of possession of scheduled drugs and operating after revocation as a habitual offender.

5/6 at 1:25 a.m. Jeffrey Mockler, 29, of Portland, was arrested on the Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating under the influence. 

5/6 at 5:36 p.m. Lincoln Little, 46, of Portland, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

5/1 at 4:08 p.m. Rebecca Pierce, 24, of Portland, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Andrew Nelson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

5/2 at 2:45 a.m. Michael Lahr, 19, of Portland, was summonsed on Fort Road by Officer Erin Curry on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

5/2 at 12:06 p.m. Two 13-year-olds, of Lewiston, were summonsed on Maine Mall Road by officer Patricia Maynard on charges of theft by unauthorized taking.

5/2 at 6:28 p.m. A 15-year-old, of Boothbay, and a 16-year-old, of Edgecomb, were summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Christopher Todd on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

5/4 at 3:39 p.m. Nathaniel Harriman, 19, of Gorham, was summoned on was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer John Sutton on a charge of failure to notify the operator of a motor vehicle of a collision. 

5/4 at 6:55 p.m. Samantha Henry, 19, of Jay, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer John Sutton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

5/5 at 2:22 p.m. A 12-year-old was summonsed on Wescott Road by Officer Kevin Battle on a charge of possession of marijuana.

5/5 at 3:03 p.m. A 17-year-old, of Westbrook, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer John Sutton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

5/5 at 5:43 p.m. A 16-year-old, of Lewiston, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer John Sutton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

5/7 at 8:41 p.m. Benjamin Poirier, 21, of Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed on Broadway by Officer Richard Mearn on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle. 

5/8 at 1:42 a.m. Frederick King, 42, of Westbrook, was summonsed by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of operating after suspension.

5/8 at 3:05 a.m. A 16-year-old was summonsed on Wainwright Circle East by Officer Brian McCarthy on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor. 

Don't fence me in

5/4 at 8:49 p.m. Police were dispatched to Fort Road for a reported accident involving an intoxicated man. Upon arriving, Officer Scott Corbett observed that the vehicle had driven into a fence. The driver, Anthony Coreau, 39, was subsequently located and arrested for operating under the influence.

Schoolyard pot 

5/5 at 2:22 p.m. School officials called police after they had reportedly caught a 12-year-old girl with what appeared to be marijuana. The girl was summonsed for possession of suspected marijuana.
