Arrests

8/21 at 3:30 a.m. Jonathan Carlson, 26, address not listed, was arrested on Anthoine Street by Officer Brian McCarthy on charges of assault and aggravated criminal trespass.

8/22 at 11:13 p.m. Ronald Peterson, 43, was arrested on Sawyer Street by Officer David Stailing on a charge of domestic violence assault.

8/23 at 2:18 a.m. Eugine Wilcox, 39, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of domestic violence assault and violation of conditional release.

8/23 at 7:59 p.m. Jacob Thomas, 18, of Scarborough, was arrested on School Street by Officer John Sutton on a charge of disorderly conducting for fighting.

8/26 at 5:23 p.m. Christopher Berry, 18, of Scarborough, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Benjamin Macisso on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

8/27 at 12:33 a.m. Ian Sawyer, 26, of Biddeford, was summonsed on the Veterans Memorial Bridge by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of furnishing marijuana.

8/27 at 1:56 a.m. Brett Bernier, 23, was summonsed on Scammon Street by Officer Benjamin Macisso on a charge of criminal speed.

School Street showdown

8/23 at 4:30 p.m. Police were called to School Street for a group fight in progress. As a result of the investigation, police determined a group of youth had allegedly gone to a residence looking for a person believed previously to have made threats to another person. Officers arrested three 17-year-olds and three adults, 18-year-old Jacob Thomas, of Scarborough, 18-year-old Nickolas Liston and 20-year-old Misha Carmichael, both of South Portland, on charges of disorderly conduct. One 17-year-old boy, reportedly carrying a knife, was additionally charged with carrying a concealed weapon. 

Speedy delivery?

8/27 at 12:33 a.m. Officer Kevin Sager stopped a vehicle for speeding on the Veterans Memorial Bridge. Sager searched the vehicle and reportedly found more than 2.5 ounces of suspected marijuana. Ian Sawyer, 26, of Biddeford, was summonsed on a charge of furnishing marijuana.
