Arrests

4/18 at 1:36 a.m. Kirkley Lowe, 44, of Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of operating under the influence. 

4/18 at 3:22 a.m. Shawn Mains, 19, was arrested on Evans Street by Officer Erin Curry on a warrant for theft.

4/19 at 5:05 p.m. Stacey Yankowski, 43, of Portland, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer John Sutton on charges of assault and theft by unauthorized taking. 

4/19 at 6:37 p.m. Timothy Toman, 25, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Scott Corbett on Hobart Street. 

4/20 at 9:36 p.m. Philip Cormier, 25, was arrested on Waterman Drive by Officer Jeffrey Pooler on charges of assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. 

4/20 at 11:51 p.m. Scott Boody, 43, was arrested on Rollins Way by Officer Seth Page on a charge of violation of a protective order.

4/23 at 5:30 p.m. David Sinnot, 52, was arrested on Ocean Street by Officer Richard Mearn on a charge of operating under the influence. 

4/24 at 1:09 a.m. Jason Nataluk, 25, of Portland, was arrested on Baltimore Avenue by Officer Jeff Levesque on charges of operating under the influence and violation of conditional release.

4/24 at 1:35 a.m. Kyle Dixon, 22, transient, was arrested on Cummings Road by Officer Seth Page on charges of operating under the influence, operating after suspension, and violating conditions of release.

4/24 at 9:59 p.m. Samuel Strumph, 22, of Standish, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Benjamin Macisso on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/20 at 1:22 p.m. Maegen Echer, 25, of Portland, was summonsed on Maine Mall Road by Officer Steven Connors on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

4/22 at 12:21 a.m. David Butler, 20, was summonsed on Hill Street by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. 

4/22 at 12:21 a.m. Dalton Senosk, 18, of Farmington, was summonsed on Hill Street by Officer Erin Curry on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

4/22 at 11:55 p.m.  A 16-year-old and a 15-year-old were summonsed on Deake Street by Officer Thomas Simmonds on charges of possession of alcohol by a minor.

4/23 at 5:17 a.m. Douglas Bagan, 61, of New York, was summonsed on Western Avenue by Officer Seth Page on a charge of operating without a license. 

4/23 at 2:43 p.m. Jason Sinclair, 33, was summonsed on Grand Street by Officer Richard Mearn on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and probation violation. 

4/24 9:56 a.m. Justin Vadas, 30, of Gray, was summonsed on Western Avenue by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of criminal mischief. 

4/24 at 5:30 p.m. Spencer Marsuce, 20, of Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed on Western Avenue by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

4/24 at 5:30 p.m. Tanner Tremblay, 18, of Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed on Western Avenue by Officer Peter Corbett on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

Combative shopper

4/19 at 5:05 p.m. Police were called to a Maine Mall business for a reported uncooperative shoplifter. Store security told police that the alleged shoplifter attempted to flee when security guards tried to apprehend her. Police said the woman became combative once taken into custody. Stacey Yankowsky, 43, of Portland, was arrested on charges of assault and theft by unauthorized taking.

Fleet-footed

4/20 at 9:36 p.m. Officer Jeffrey Pooler was sitting in the parking lot of a Waterman Drive business when he observed a man, who appeared to be intoxicated, run across the street. The man allegedly ran away from the officer while being questioned. Minutes later, police received a call from a Mill Creek restaurant, reporting that an intoxicated man was harassing customers. When police located the man and put him in handcuffs, the man allegedly assaulted offices by kicking and thrashing about. Philip Cormier, 25, was arrested for assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
