Arrests

8/16 at 9:56 p.m. Keith Clark, 52, of Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked, violating bail conditions, obscuring motor vehicle plate marks, failing to maintain vehicle insurance and failure to register a vehicle for more than 30 days.

8/17 at 12:43 a.m. Christin Murphy, 23, of Fairway Drive, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on charges of unlawful possession of cocaine, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, and on a warrant for another agency.

8/17 at 12:43 a.m. Tiana Clark, 27, of Medford, Mass., was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on charges of unlawful trafficking in schedule drugs, unlawful possession of schedule W and schedule X drugs, aggravated forgery, unsworn falsification and violating bail conditions.

8/19 at 8:56 p.m. Justin Close, 29, of Westbrook, was arrested on Marr Farm Way by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked, attaching false plates and failing to produce evidence of vehicle insurance.

8/20 at 2:39 a.m. Krystle Eisenbach, 20, of Bath, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Michael Beeler on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked and violating bail conditions.

8/20 at 10:30 a.m. Anne Napolitano, 24, of Portland, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Douglas Weed on charges of operating under the influence of drugs and violating bail conditions.

8/20 at 6:51 p.m. Jack Provencher, 37, of Burlington, Vt., was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Craig Hebert on charges of domestic violence assault, criminal restraint, criminal mischief and obstructing the report of a crime.

8/20 at 10:06 p.m. Henry Hanscom, 36, of South Windham, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Thomas Chard on charges of operating under the influence with one prior offense and operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

8/20 at 10:34 p.m. Gregory Ford, 49, of Foxcroft Drive, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Thomas Chard on a charge of operating under the influence with one prior offense.

8/22 at 7:27 p.m. Louis Lekousi, 50, of Huntley Drive, was arrested on Holmes Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of violation of probation or parole.

Summonses

8/16 at 6:58 p.m. Vanessa Russell, 26, of Wells, was summonsed on Green Acre Lane by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

8/20 at 11:17 a.m. Casandra Parker, 21, of Saco, was summonsed on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Eric Lippincott on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

8/20 at 4:59 p.m. Heidi Tanguay, 26, of Pin Oak Drive, was summonsed on Pin Oak Drive by Officer Thomas Chard on a charge of domestic violence assault.

8/21 at 10:11 a.m. Leon LaVoie, 30, of Gorham, was summonsed on Running Hill Road by Officer Douglas Weed on a charge of operating or allowing operation with a suspended registration.

Hidden treasures awaiting discovery

8/17 at 12:43 a.m. Officers pulled over a car on Route one after discovering the registered owner had a warrant. One of the five people in the car also had bail conditions. Officers and a dog searched the car and allegedly discovered Christin Murphy, 23, of Scarborough, had marijuana in her purse and Tiana Clark, 27, of Medford, Mass., had Klonopin pills and crack cocaine. Both women were charged with possession and transported to Cumberland County Jail.

During a full-body search of Murphy, officers allegedly discovered 14 grams of crack cocaine that would not have been discovered during the regular search. She was charged with trafficking and possession.

Clark allegedly wrote her sister's name on the fingerprint card. When the fingerprints were run in the system, they reportedly did not match the name and she was charged with aggravated forgery and unsworn falsification.

Getting burned

8/18 at 3:55 p.m. Police responded to the scene of a grass and woods fire on Beech Ridge Road. The fire charred a 20 yard wooded area and firefighters suspected arson. A 16-year-old who lives in the area has been questioned and identified as a suspect, however no charges have been filed.
