Arrests

2/16 at 8:58 p.m. Matthew F. Juliano, 41, of Maple Ave., was arrested by Officer Scott E. Vaughan on Maple Ave on a warrant.

2/18 at 8:51 a.m. Jacques M. Blais, 43, of Biddeford, was arrested by Officer Brian P. Nappi on Payne and Scarborough Downs roads on charges of operating under the influence and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

2/18 at 9:18 a.m. Cheri A. Silvio, 26, of Westbrook, was arrested by Officer Brian P. Nappi at Walmart on charges of unsworn falsification, violating bail condition of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

2/21 at 9:29 a.m. Ricky E. Cormier, 34, of Sebago, was arrested by Officer Timothy Dalton at Shaw's Supermarket on Payne Road on a warrant.

2/16 at 9:35 a.m. Marston C. Lawrence, 53, of Steep Falls, was summonsed by Officer Michael P. Beeler at Pet Quarters on Payne Road on a charge of operating a vehicle with expired temporary registration.

2/17 at 10:59 a.m. Cheryl A. Bailey, 42, of Raymond, was summonsed on Payne and Cummings roads by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of failure to register vehicle.

2/17 at 2:11 p.m. Christopher P. Rispoli, 25, of Portland, was summonsed by Officer Andrew J. Flynn on Gorham Road on a charge of attaching false plates.

2/17 at 2:35 p.m. Mitchell C. Judge, 20, of South Portland, was summonsed by Officer Michael Sawyer at Walmart on Gallery Boulevard on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/17 at 2:45 p.m. Thomas Anthony Mardas, 49, of Saco, was summonsed by Officer Garrett Strout at Estabrooks on Route 1 on a charge of operation after habitual offender revocation.

2/18 at 8:15 p.m. Christopher J. Condon, 27, of Sextant Lane, was summonsed by Sgt. Steven Thibodeau on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

2/18 at 11:15 a.m. Kelly J. Poland-Roussel, 32, of Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed by Officer Michael P. Beeler at the Big 20 Bowling on Route 1 on charges of violating bail condition of release and operating with a suspended registration.

2/21 at 1:05 p.m. Joseph J. Donahue, 23, of Standish, was summonsed by Officer Garrett Strout on Winnocks Neck and Black Point roads on a charge of operating when license is suspended or revoked.

2/21 at 4:06 p.m. Kimberly L. Henderson, 38, of Elliot, was summonsed by Officer Garrett Strout on County and Gorham roads on charges of operating when license is suspended or revoked and failure to produce evidence of vehicle insurance.

2/15 at 12:42 p.m. Police were notified that a woman jumped out of a black pickup truck on Payne Road. Police arrived to investigate, but found no one at the scene.

Stolen stash

2/17 at 8:57 p.m. Police responded to a reported theft and assault on Route 1. The resident told police someone took 1/4 pound of marijuana from his house, and in the process, he was assaulted. Police report the case is still under investigation.
