Arrests

1/11 at 5:13 p.m. Lisa Castagneto, 38, of Scarborough, was arrested at Holmes and Payne roads by Officer Glen Tucker on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation and operating with suspended registration.

1/15 at 11:46 a.m. Kristopher Smith, 31, of Scarborough, was arrested at Pine Point and Ross roads by Officer Timothy Dalton on charges of operating when suspended/revoked and warrant arrest.

1/17 at 9:28 a.m. Carolyn Gaudet, 30, of Buxton, was arrested at County Road and Fenderson Place by Officer Timothy Dalton on charges of operating when suspended/revoked and operating with suspended registration.

1/17 at 9:59 p.m. Joseph Harmon, 20, of Portland, was arrested on Pleasant Hill Road by Officer Melissa Savage on a charge of a warrant arrest.

1/11 at 4 p.m. Sharon Donahue, 58, of Old Orchard Beach was issued a summons on Hannaford Drive by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

1/13 at 9:04 p.m. David Black, 25, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of attaching false plates.

1/13 at 10:39 p.m. James Noury, 49, of Gloucester, R.I., was issued a summons on Southborough Drive by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

1/15 at 8:36 p.m. Aidan Boyce, 18, of South Portland, was issued a summons at Pleasant Hill Rd and Route 1 by Officer Craig Hebert on a charge of criminal speed.

Shary Jones, 43, of Portland, was issued a summons at Gallery Boulevard by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of false public alarm or report.

1/16 at 6:54 p.m. Two juveniles, both age 15, were issued summonses at Payne Road by Officer Thomas Chard on charges of theft by unauthorized taking.

1/16 at 6:54 p.m. A 17-year-old was issued a summons at Payne Road by Officer Thomas Chard on charges of operating a vehicle without a license and a juvenile warrant .

1/16 at 6:54 p.m. Samatar Omar Sougueh, 18, of Portland, was issued a summons at Payne Road by Officer Thomas Chard on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

Video game grab comes with high price

1/16 at 6:54 p.m. Two 15 year olds and a 17 year old, and Samatar Omar Sougueh, 18, were allegedly involved in an attempt to shoplift two Play Station games worth $55 from the Payne Road Bull Moose Music Store. Police issued summonses to all four, and released the three juveniles to their parents.
