8/24 at 6:34 p.m. Jesse Rowland, 33, of Saco Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested by Officer Donald Laflin and charged with violating bail condition of release.

8/24 at 11:10 p.m. Alisa Sweet, 18, of Washington Avenue, Portland, was arrested by Officer Donald Laflin and charged with operating a vehicle without a license and minor transporting liquor.
