Arrests

5/6 at 1:05 a.m. Marga Hanson, 29, of Mitchell Hill Road, Scarborough, was arrested by Officer Melissa Savage and charged with operating under the influence with one prior and operating while license is suspended/revoked for OUI.

5/6 at 6:51 p.m. Michael Crowley, 43, of Heath Road, Saco, was arrested by Officer Scott Vaughan on three warrants and was also charged with operating when license is suspended/revoked.

5/7 at 1:28 p.m. A 16-year-old was arrested by Officer Robert Pellerin on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking/transfer.

5/8 at 11:53 p.m. James Nicholas, 51, of Sheriden Street, Portland, was arrested by Officer Timothy Barker and charged with operating under the influence.

5/9 at 12:42 p.m. Jeffrey Stewart, 19, of Sinnott Road, Arundel, was arrested by Officer Scott Vaughan and charged with attaching false plates and violating bail condition of release.

5/9 at 8:33 p.m. Dennis McGrath, 49, of Staddle Lane, Scarborough, was arrested by Officer Douglas Weed and charged with operating under the influence.

5/10 at 4:51 p.m. A 15-year-old was arrested by Officer Andrew Flynn and charged with criminal threatening.

5/10 at 9:32 p.m. Donal Hogan, 42, of Maine, was arrested by Officer Timothy Barker and charged with operating under the influence –refused test, one prior OUI.

5/4 at 12:23 p.m. Natalie Cole, 32, of Birch Street, Biddeford, was issued a summons by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of operating when license is suspended/revoked and violating bail condition of release.

5/4 at 7:02 p.m. Erica Demmons, 30, of Duck Pond Road, Westbrook, was issued a summons by Officer Glenn Tucker on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking/transfer.

5/4 at 10:17 p.m. Kurt Breton, 19, of Sokokis Trail, East Waterboro, was issued a summons by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

5/7 at 4:56 p.m. Michael Landry, 28, of Cedar Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating when license is suspended/revoked.

5/9 at 9:21 a.m. Edmond Martel, 44, of Olive Street, Saco, was issued a summons by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating when license is suspended/revoked.

5/9 at 12:04 p.m. Paul Johnson, North Berwick, was issued a summons by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating when license is suspended/revoked.

Waking the dazed at Making Waves

5/4 at 1:42 a.m. Police checked on a vehicle in the Making Waves parking lot and discovered the subject inside the car had pulled over to sleep.

Where's Wal-Mart?

5/6 at 4:08 p.m. A man who called police from his car was agitated because he was unable to find the new Wal-Mart and said he was going to run other cars off the road. When he finally reached the store, officers spoke with him and he calmed down.

Need a GPS to find the GPS

5/9 at 2:38 p.m. A Cabela's associate witnessed a theft on May 7 but didn't realize it until he discovered two GPS units were missing shortly after he observed a person looking at them. The store reported the theft to police after they reviewed surveillance tape that showed the subject taking the GPS units, each valued at $500.
