3/16 at 2:45 a.m. Vichey Sun, 27, of Berkshire Road, Portland, was arrested by Sgt. Steven Thibodeau and charged with operating under the influence.

3/16 at 2:52 p.m. Christopher Stevens, 24, of Main Street, Biddeford, was arrested by Officer Robert Nguyen on a warrant.

3/17 at 12:45 p.m. Tracy Richard, 34, of Milliken Mills Road, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested by Officer Brian Nappi and charged with operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

3/20 at 9:07 p.m. Alan Flanigan, 23, of Webbs Mills Road, Casco, was arrested by Officer Shawn Anastasoff and charged with violating bail condition of release.

3/21 at 2:00 a.m. Jesse Mahlon, 20, of Orlando Street, South Portland, was arrested by Officer Melissa Savage and charged with violating bail condition of release and possession of marijuana.

Surprise wake-up call

3/16 at 9:55 a.m. Police received a report that a person was slumped over the wheel of a car at the turn around on Spurwink Road. When officers investigated, they discovered a man was in his car taking a nap.

3/20 at 2:13 p.m. A Scarborough High School student called police to report the theft of an iPhone from his locker. The phone had a value of more than $200.
