Arrests

4/18 at 10:43 a.m. Roy B. Chase, 51, of Anthione Street, South Portland, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

4/18 at 10:43 a.m. Kathleen J. Chase, 42, of Mountfort Street, Portland, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a warrant.

4/18 at 8 p.m. Jonathan B. Welch, 20, of Limerick Road, Arundel, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Timothy Barker on a warrant.

4/21 at 10:36 a.m. Lucia J. Lombardi, 32, of County Road, was arrested on County Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of theft by unauthorized use of property, operating when a license was suspended or revoked, sale/use of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of schedule W drugs and three warrants from the Portland Police Department.
