Arrests

4/6 at 10:56 p.m. Marla Anne Houghton, 20, of Spurwink Ave., was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of operating without license in violation of restriction.

4/7 at 9:43 p.m. Nathaniel L Merchant, 23, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Eric Fay on warrant for failure to appear on a charge of motion to enforce payment of restitution.

4/11 at 12:49 a.m. Matthew Ross, 18, of South Portland, was arrested by Officer Kevin Kennedy on Breakwater Farm Road on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, and furnishing liquor to a minor.

4/11 at 12:49 a.m. A 17-year-old boy was arrested by Officer Andy Steindl on the Sprague Corp. land on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, and possession, sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

4/11 at 12:49 a.m. A 15-year-old boy was arrested by Officer Andy Steindl on the Sprague Corp. land, on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, violation of conditions of release and possession of alcohol by consumption.

4/9 at 5:50 p.m. Philip Lamour, 32, of Portland, was summonsed by Officer Ben Davis on Mitchell Road a charge of operating after suspension.

Forgotten wheels

4/9 An officer met with a person at Kettle Cove park who turned over a 7-speed mountain bike that had been left behind. The bike was returned to the police department for safekeeping until the owner comes to get pick it up.
