8/26 at 5:07 p.m. Michelle Elise Yankowsky, 23, of Portland, was arrested on Spurwink Avenue by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of operating after suspension. 

8/29 at 1:05 a.m. Michael Mastronardi, 25, of South Portland, was arrested on the Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Chris Burgess on a charge of operating under the influence.
