Cape Elizabeth police beat: Nov. 5

Arrests

10/30 at 8:47 p.m. A 17-year-old was arrested at the Cape Elizabeth High School by Officer Rory Diffin on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and possession of tobacco products by a juvenile.

10/30 at 11:44 p.m. Jessica Marie Wood, 18, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on a warrant on charges of unauthorized taking or transfer.

Summonses

10/30 at 1:54 p.m. Mark Soucy, 36, of South Portland, was summonsed by Officer Eric Fay on a charge of operating after suspension. 

10/ 30 at 8 p.m. Dylan Volk, 18, of Scarborough, was summonsed at Cape Elizabeth High School by Officer Rory Diffin on charges of indecent conduct and possession of alcohol.

10/29 at 7:56 p.m. Brush fire, Spurwink Ave.

Car theft spree

10/28 at 1:15 p.m. Three different residents contacted police to report their cars had been broken into.  At 3:15 p.m. a resident of the Mitchell Road area said his iPod and change were missing. At 3:30 p.m., officers were notified of a motor vehicle burglary that took place in the Ocean House Road area. About $25 and some tools were allegedly taken. Then, at 3:45 p.m., two more residents of the Mitchell Road area contacted police to report break-ins to their cars and were missing up to $10 in change.
