9/30 at 9:00 a.m. Elton Maynard Elwell, 43, of South Portland, was arrested by Sgt. Andy Steindl on a warrant on a charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Summonses

10/3 at 3:45 a.m. Michael Eaton, 18, of South Portland, was summonsed by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sore loser?

9/29 at 2:16 p.m. Police were notified by a member of the school department of damage to lockers in the dugout at Capano Field. Damage is estimated at $500. 

Cross fire in Cross Hill

9/30 at 12:40 p.m. A resident of the Cross Hill area notified police of damage to his house. There was a partially embedded bullet found in the siding of the house.
