Waynflete announces first day practice times

The first day of fall sports practice at Waynflete School is Monday, Aug. 16. Boys' soccer goes from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Girls' soccer practices from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Field hockey goes from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Cross country meets from 5 to 6 p.m. Golf goes from 7:45 to 10:30 a.m. All sports meet at Fore River Fields, except for golf, which meets at Nonesuch River Golf Course. Casco Bay Sports announces fall offerings

Casco Bay Sports has openings for several fall sports leagues. Outdoor soccer has an 11 v 11 Sunday league, beginning Sept. 12 and a Monday 6 v 6 league, starting Sept. 20. Coed flag football starts Sept. 12. Coed frostbite softball begins Sept. 12. Basketball features a Tuesday competitive league, beginning Sept. 14, a Thursday all-ability league, starting Sept. 16 and a Sunday all-ability league, beginning Oct. 3.
