Arrests

1/15 at 8:02 p.m. Jeffrey England, 57, of Yankee Drive, was arrested by Officer Bruce Flanders on charges of criminal operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

1/16 at 9:27 a.m. Kelly A. Mulvany, 33, of Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Charles Perkins on Route 1 on a charge of operating while license is suspended or revoked.

Summonses

1/12 at 4:17 p.m. A 16-year old was summonsed by Officer Roger Moore on Rogers Road and Rebecca Lane on charges of improper plates, failure to display a current and valid certificate of inspection, failure to produce evidence of insurance and carrying passengers beyond interim license restriction.

1/15 at 10:02 a.m. A business owner contacted police about a fraudulent advertisement placed on Craigslist. Police said an advertisement for basic labor skills at a local sign company was on the Web site, but there was no job opening available.
