7/11 at 2:30 p.m. Richard T. Bane, 44, of Brunswick, was summonsed on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle.
Late night trolley ride
7/6 at 10:51 p.m. Police were told a group of people were trying to unchain a trolley cart from a stop sign on Concord Circle. By the time police arrived, the alleged group of people were gone.
