Arrests

5/4 at 8:21 p.m. Christopher M. Julian, 27, of Westbrook, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

5/6 at 7:52 p.m. A 17-year old boy of Yarmouth was arrested on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Summonses

5/6 at 7:52 p.m. A 17-year-old boy of Yarmouth was summonsed on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

5/6 at 7:52 p.m. Tyler C. Costello, 19, of Yarmouth, was summonsed on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

5/6 at 7:52 p.m. Joseph N. Randall, 19, of Yarmouth, was summonsed on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

5/7 at 4:21 p.m. A 17-year old boy of Yarmouth was summonsed on a charge of passing a stopped school bus with flashing lights.

5/9 at 2:42 a.m. A 17-year-old girl of Yarmouth was summonsed on a charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

5/9 at 2:42 a.m. Turner G. Mather, 18, of Yarmouth, was summonsed on an charge of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.

Joy ride

5/9 at 1:37 p.m. A resident contacted police about an bicycle taken from the Elementary School. The bike was worth about $100. Later that weekend, the bike was found on Main Street and returned to its owner.

Pick up the pick-up bags

5/10 at 6:35 a.m. Police were notified of vandalism to the dog bag dispenser at Royal River Park on East Elm Street. The dispenser was broken into and its contents thrown around. The damage came to $50.
