Yarmouth football holding camp

Yarmouth High varsity football coach Jim Hartman and his staff will host a 1st-and-Ten Football camp later this month, teaching the fundamentals of the sport, as well as offensive and defensive schemes. A session for grades 7-8 will be held July 19-21 at the high school. Cost is $25. The session for grades 4-6 is July 22 and 22. Cost is $20. FMI, 846-2406 or yarmouthcommunityservices.org.

Tim Thomas Hockey Camp upcoming

Current National Hockey League All-Star, USA Olympian, Vezina Trophy winner and Boston Bruin Tim Thomas will host a hockey camp July 26-30 at the Falmouth Family Ice Center. The camp is for forwards, defenders and goalies, boys and girls, ages 6 to 17. FMI, timthomashockey.com.

Mainely Stars field hockey camp next week

The Mainely Stars field hockey camp, taught by the Greely High coaching staff and some players, will teach all skill levels, July 12 through 15. Times are 9 a.m. to 12 p.m for younger players and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for older athletes. The camp is held at the Greely high school field hockey field. The morning session is $90, full day is $180.
