Falmouth's Allie Clements won the girls' 12-13 division of the Coastal District Elks Hoop Shoot Contest Sunday in Brunswick. Clements advances to the Maine finals to be held Feb. 1 at Cony High School in Augusta.
SUBHEAD-Frozen 4-miler rescheduled for Sunday
Last Sunday's Jimmy The Greek's Frozen 4-miler in Old Orchard Beach has been rescheduled to this Sunday at 12:30 p.m. The race begins and ends at Jimmy the Greek's restaurant.

SUBHEAD-Casco Bay Sports winter offerings
Casco Bay Sports is now offering co-ed Tuesday and Thursday basketball leagues with referees. Monday Night Social Runs (6 p.m.) and Wednesday Night Rock Climbing (6:30 p.m.) are also being offered.
SUBHEAD-Maine Elite Lacrosse hosting second session
Maine Elite Lacrosse is announcing a second session of girls' and boys' lacrosse, featuring a mix of instruction and game play for grades 2 through 8. The session will be held at YourSpace Sports and Recreation Complex in Gorham through March 22. Boys and girls in grades 2 through 5 go from 10 to 11 a.m. Boys and girls in grades 6 through 8 go from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. Coaches include Cheverus' Deke Andrew and Jamie Chamberlain, Lewiston's Josh Graham and Portland's Eric Begonia.
Cost is $200 for the full session or $100 for half.
SUBHEAD-YourSpace hosting pickup lacrosse
YourSpace, formerly Gorham Sports Center in Gorham, is hosting middle and high school pickup lacrosse on Wednesday afternoons. Girls play from 4 to 5 p.m. Boys go from 5 to 6 p.m. Cost is $10 per hour. A five-week league will begin Feb. 25.
