Freeport gives out fall awards
The football team gave its Best Offensive Player award to Calvin Burgess. Kyle Donagan-Moore was named Best Defensive Player. The Boosters' Pride and Character award went to Jarred Polley.
Boys' varsity soccer gave Coach's awards to Sean Enking and Ryan Farley. Jairet Harrison won the Boosters' Pride and Character award. The junior varsity team gave its Athletic Excellence Award to Connor Dietrich and Charlie Hayes. Griffin Breer received the Boosters' Pride and Character award.
On the girls' side, Allyson Fuehrer was named MVP. The Coach's award went to Katee Poulin. Kegan Dyer won the Boosters' Pride and Character award. The JV team gave its Athletic Excellence award to Brian Dillon and Ciera Wentworth. Abby Latulippe won the Boosters' Pride and Character award.
The varsity field hockey team named Kayla Thurlow the most improved player and Hannah Schuchert MVP. Lauren Parker won the Boosters' Pride and Character award. The JV team gave its Athletic Excellence award to Emily Daniel and Rachel Routhier. Reiley Parker won the Boosters' Pride and Character award.
The boys' cross country team's most valuable runner award went to Henry Loughlin. The Golden Arrow award was given to Mason Cyr. Jacob Kostik won the Winged Shoe award. Griffin Day received the Boosters' Pride and Character award.
On the girls' side, Kiera Berkemeyer was named most valuable runner. The Golden Arrow award went to Lia Wellen. Ellie Soule won the Winged Shoe award. Brie Roy received the Boosters' Pride and Character award.
Golf gave its Coach's award to Nick Tardif. David Vitali was named most improved. The Boosters' Pride and Character award was given to Nick Cartmell.
