Letter: Richard for Falmouth state rep

After reviewing Mark Richard’s positions as candidate for state representative, I was encouraged. Mark will focus his efforts on lowering, not increasing, tax burdens on individuals and small businesses. Being a small-business owner, he will understand the legitimate concerns voiced by Maine’s small business men and women. His experience and ability will enable him to wisely address areas of anxiety. He is a realist in the area of welfare reform. He will work toward holding back on deficit spending.

Mark’s qualities of prudence, business acuity and practicality will enable him to make sound decisions in the interests of Maine residents.

I urge voters in House District 112 to become acquainted with Mark, and his positions; to personally discover why he will be an effective advocate for those he serves. Please vote wisely. Consider casting your vote for Mark Richard.
