8/21 at 4:08 p.m. Stevenson R. Cushing, 19, of Staples Point Road, was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

8/23 at 8:40 p.m. Somebody called to report a person at the rear of Bow Street digging through a dumpster. Officers told the person to move along.

8/24 at 2:58 p.m. Police discovered a damaged stop sign at the corner of Pine Street and South Freeport Road. The sign will be replaced.
