Arrests

11/23 at 3:06 p.m. Mansar Abdur-Rahman, 31, of Ringrose Road, was arrested on Desert Road and Route 1 by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of operating vehicle without license, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, possession of marijuana, forgery and failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth.

11/27 at 2:55 p.m. Bobbijo Simard, 31, of Westbrook, was arrested by Officer Thomas Gabbard on Main Street on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by receiving stolen property.

11/27 at 2:55 p.m. Jessica M. Rice, 32, of Westbrook, was arrested by Officer Thomas Gabbard on Main Street on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by receiving stolen property.

11/28 at 1:15 a.m. Jeremy J. Darling, 23, of Harpswell, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Matthew Swan on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/28 at 5:03 p.m. Tammy M. Rastelli, 36, of Augusta, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Summonses

11/19 at 4:40 a.m. Bo C. Stiles, 23, of Route 1, was issued a summons on Mallett Drive by Officer Cheryl Dupuis on a charge of criminal threatening.

Who's the bigger Mac?

11/19 at 4:59 p.m. Police responded to a fight at McDonald's between two employees. According to police, the employees were making threatening comments to each other and one employee was reportedly going to be fired soon. There were no charges filed. 

Safe deer, for now

11/20 at 3:27 p.m. A resident contacted police to report hunters trespassing on posted property. Police found the hunters, explained the rules to them and advised them to move on. There were no charges filed.

Bus accident

11/29 at 8:42 a.m. Janet Gordon of Cape Elizabeth was struck by a bus driven by Thomas Hudak of Park Street. According to police, Gordon was walking in a crosswalk from Mill Street across Main Street when the school bus turned left from Nathan Nye Street onto Main Street. The impact knocked Gordon over and she was taken to the hospital. Police said the case is under investigation and there are no charges filed at this time.

11/27 at 3:12 p.m. Chimney fire on Brown Road.

11/28 at 9:51 a.m. Assist rescue on Main Street.

11/28 at 1:16 p.m. Propane, gas alarm on Main Street.
