Arrests

6/5 at 12:30 a.m. Tracy Arno, 39, of Saco, was arrested by Officer Steve Hamilton on Bucknam Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/9 at 9:40 p.m. David Bradley, 49, of East Ramsdell Road, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Kurt Fegan on a charge of operating under the influence with one prior.

Summonses

5/14 A 16 year old, of Portland, was summonsed at Hannaford Supermarket on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.

6/8 at 5:55 p.m. Jordan Nielsen, 19, of North Yarmouth, was summonsed by Detective Wayne Geyer at Shaw's Supermarket on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

6/10 at 11:08 p.m. Timothy Prescott, 51, of Clearwater Drive, was summonsed by Officer Steven Stubbs on Clearwater Drive on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Over the line

6/5 at 12:22 a.m. After reportedly swerving his cruiser into the breakdown lane on Buckham Road to avoid a head-on collision with a car that allegedly crossed the yellow line, Officer Stephen Hamilton immediately initiated a traffic stop. The driver, Tracy Arno, 39, of Saco, was arrested for operating under the influence.

Green Lantern visits town

6/9 at 5:27 p.m. Officers responded to a caller on Phillips Road reporting a person dressed in a green suit with his or her face covered in green, running around the neighborhood. The complainant called back a few minutes later to report that the person was a Falmouth High School track team member, and that it was just a prank.

Mowed over

6/9 at 6:08 p.m. Officers responded to a disturbance on Foreside Road where neighbors were reportedly outside arguing about cutting the grass. One neighbor had reportedly been mowing the other's lawn for some time, but had stopped. When he was approached about it, the lawn mowing neighbor allegedly suggested the owner mow her own lawn. An argument reportedly ensued. Police were able to restore the peace.

6/5 at 7:45 a.m. Motor vehicle crash on I-295.

6/5 at 2:04 p.m. Wires arcing on Woodville Road.

6/6 at 9:38 p.m. Motor vehicle crash on I-295.

6/6 at 8:37 p.m. Fire alarm on Woodville Road.

6/7 at 7:13 a.m. Vehicle fire on Falmouth Road.

6/10 at 1:08 p.m. Check brush pile burning on Woodville Road.
