Arrests

8/10 at 2:28 p.m. Normand Jacques, 38, of Oak Street, Lewiston, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Christopher Woodcock on charges of operating after suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia and possessing marijuana.

8/10 at 6 p.m. Edison Loja-Riveria, 25, of Sanford, Conn., was arrested on Blanchard Road by Officer Rich Brewer on charges of operating without a license and failure to give correct name and birth date.

8/10 at 6 p.m. Pablo Yunga-Bega, 29, of Portchester, NY, was arrested on Blanchard Road by Officer Rich Brewer on a charge of failure to give correct name and birth date. 

8/14 at 1:33 a.m. James Hamilton, 21, of Yarmouth Road, Gray, was arrested on Portland Road by Officer Christopher Woodcock on a charge of operating after suspension.

8/15 at 10:10 a.m. Isaac Gray, 27, of Daniel Street, Gorham, was arrested on Blanchard Road by Officer Christopher Woodcock on charges of possession of a suspended/revoked license, possession of marijuana, operating after suspension and a warrant.

8/22 at 7 a.m. Amy Mizner, 18, of Gray Road, was arrested on Gray Road by Officer Mark Austin on a charge of obstructing government administration.

8/23 at 3:31 a.m. Melanie Hare, 27, of Randall Road, Lewiston, was arrested by Officer Antonio Ridge on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/24 at 9:45 p.m. Jess Beasley, 20, of Foreside Road, Falmouth, was arrested on Tuttle Road by Officer Ryan Martin on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Summonses

8/10 at 9:10 a.m. Tonya Pierce, 35, of Sunset Mead, Bangor, was issued a summons on the Gray Line by Officer Christopher Woodcock on a charge of operating after suspension.

8/10 at 2:28 p.m. Jeralyn Grott, 40, of Oak Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Christopher Woodcock on a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

8/13 at 1:10 p.m. Anne Marie Young, 27, of Forest Avenue, Windham, was issued a summons on Blackstrap Road by Officer Christopher Woodcock on a charge of operating after suspension.

8/21 at 12:03 a.m. Jerry Mangini, 23, of Desert Road, Freeport, was issued a summons on Foreside Road by Officer Mark Austin on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/21 at 9:24 a.m. Zachary Smith, 28, of Liberty Lane, Harrison, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Christopher Woodcock on a charge of operating while license suspended/revoked.

8/23 at 9:24 p.m. Robert Jensen, 36, of Doughty Road, North Yarmouth, was issued a summons on George Road by Officer Christopher Woodcock on a charge of operating after suspension.

Greely gunshots

8/11 An officer responded to the Greely Middle School parking lot at around 1 p.m. after getting a report from staff that three gunshots were heard in the area. Staff had also seen three kids behind the middle school wearing black hoodies. Police searched the area, but found no one.

"Stolen" loaner

8/12 Police got a call at 10 a.m. from a Pleasant Valley Road resident reporting that a vehicle had been stolen. The caller said he had loaned his vehicle to a man named Craig, that he didn't know Craig's last name, and that Craig had not returned the vehicle after presumably driving to Portland. At 10:15 a.m., the caller reported that the car had been returned.

Call both kids first

8/13 at 2:20 p.m. A Bruce Hill Road resident called to report that he was on vacation when his son had told him a silver BMW was parked in his driveway. He and the son didn't know who the car belonged to and asked police to check it out. Five minutes later, the resident called back to say the car belonged to his daughter's friend, who was visiting the craft fair.

8/17 at 7:26 p.m. Chimney fire, Oak Street.

8/19 at 12:41 p.m. Oil spill, Main Street.

8/19 at 1:20 p.m. Motor vehicle crash, I-295 Northbound, Yarmouth.

8/20 at 8:05 a.m. Fire alarm, Main Street.

8/20 at 9:01 a.m. Water problem, Main Street.
