Therapist's earnings to go to Safe Passage

YARMOUTH — Licenced massage therapist and Reiki master Sarah Filliter will donate her earnings from Sept. 20-26 to Safe Passage to celebrate the organization's 10th anniversary.

Safe Passage, the Yarmouth-based organization founded by Hanley Denning, helps educate and provide social services to more than 500 children and their families in Guatemala.

Filliter is a certified reflexologist, and in conjunction with World Reflexology Week, will donate her proceeds to the local organization. She said reflexology uses pressure to certain reflex points to bring the body and spirit into balance.

To schedule an appointment with Filliter, call 846-4707 ext. 1 or visit the office at 251 Main St.
