L.L. Bean No. 1 in service for 3rd straight year
FREEPORT — L.L. Bean topped a national customer service survey for the third year in a row.
Bean was first in the National Retail Federation/American Express Customer's Choice survey, followed by Overstock.com, Zappos.com and Amazon.com.
The survey of nearly 9,000 consumers was conducted by BIGresearch.
