Arrests

8/28 at 12:04 a.m. Leslie LaPierre, 40, was arrested by Officer Peter Kaminski on a warrant.

8/28 at 3:17 p.m. Christine Labbe, 24, of A Street, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on a warrant.

Summonses

8/25 at 12:49 p.m. Luke Napoleon, 19, of Goodenow Lane, Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of failing to register a motor vehicle in more than 150 days.

8/26 at 12:49 p.m. Joshua Byras, 23, of Huntington Hill Road, Litchfield, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of operating after license suspension.

8/27 at 1:38 a.m. A 16-year-old, of Phippsburg, was issued a summons by Officer Bruce Swanson on charges of transportation of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

8/28 at 2 p.m. Tara Buckner, 31, of West Road, Litchfield, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument.

8/28 at 8:25 p.m. Joshua Dibattista, 20, of Forest Drive, was issued a summons by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

8/30 at 12:40 p.m. Thomas Morgan, 68, of Flying Point Road, Freeport, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of failure to register a motor vehicle in more than 150 days.

The Topsham Police Department will step up enforcement on the roads through Sept. 7, as part of its 2009 Labor Day Crackdown.
