8/5 at 9:39 p.m. Jennifer Hafford, 25,
of Lincoln Street, Richmond, was arrested by Officer Mark Teceno on a
charge of operating under the influence.

8/6 at 7:34 p.m. Joseph
Huston, 36, of Alexander Reed Road, Richmond, was arrested by Sgt.
Frederick Dunn on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/8 at 1:25 p.m. Michelle
Pimental, 26, of Main Street, Lewiston, was arrested by Officer Robert
Ramsay on a charge of operating after license suspension and issued a
summons on a charge of possession of a suspended driver's license.

Stiffed skiff

8/7 at 4:20 p.m. Sgt. Mark Gilliam responded to a complaint on East Bay Bridge Road  that a green 15-foot skiff had been stolen from its mooring. The vessel was worth about $1,000.
