Mt. Ararat names top winter athletes

Mt. Ararat High School recently held its Winter Sports Awards night.

The varsity boys' basketball team named Tyler Pelletier the Outstanding Senior. The Coach's Award went to Keith Getch.

The junior varsity boys' basketball squad gave its Coach's Award to Eric Napoleon.

Tyler Roberts was given the freshman boys' basketball Coach's Award.

On the girls' side, the varsity's Outstanding Senior was Hannah Fenwick. Tess Hitchcock won the Coach's Award.

The JV team gave its Coach's Award to Alicia Eggleston.

The freshmen squad gave its Coach's Award to Mallory Nelson.

Varsity ice hockey named James Ford its Outstanding Senior. James Charity won the Coach's Award.

Boys' indoor track gave its Outstanding Senior award to Tim Bickford. Jamie Rosenberg won the Coach's Award.

On the girls' side, Ellen Pinnette was named Outstanding Senior. Katrina Gelwick won the Coach's Award.

The boys' swimming and diving team gave Jacob Lessard its Outstanding Senior award. Tim Prindall won the Coach's Award.

On the girls' team, Jenna Herrick was named Outstanding Senior. Sara Rogers won the Coach's Award.

Boys' Nordic skiing gave its Outstanding Senior award to John Carpenter. Alex Spies won the Coach's Award.

The girls' team named Linnea Tilberg Outstanding Senior. Emma Wood won the Coach's Award.

The wrestling Outstanding Senior was Henry Chandler. Malcolm Marshall won the Coach's Award.

Cheering gave its Coach's Award to Anna Taglieri.
