8/21 at 4:27 a.m. Michael A. Lewis, 42, of 5 Captains Way, was arrested on Jordan Avenue in Brunswick on a charge of obstructing government administration.

8/22 at 10:58 a.m. Shawnda Layla Coffin, 34, of 16 Stone Pillars Lane, Orr's Island, was arrested in Portland on charges of violating conditions of release and operating after suspension.
