4/20 at 1:34 p.m. Michael A. Sorrells, 23, of 4 Long St., was arrested on Jordan Avenue on charges of operating under the influence and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
4/20 at 4:56 p.m. Joshua W. Simmons, 22, of 57.5 Maine St. Apt. B, was arrested on Federal Street on a warrant.
4/21 at 5:39 p.m. Joseph R. Small, 32, of 30 Franklin Parkway, was arrested on Pleasant Street on charges of operating under the influence, leaving the scene of motor vehicle accident and operating without a license.
4/22 at 7:22 p.m. Errol Flynn Staples, 25, of unknown address, was arrested on High Street on three warrant charges.
4/23 at 12:06 p.m. Randy D. Swisher, 27, of 133 Pleasant St. Apt. 42, was arrested at Hannaford on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
4/23 at 12:20 p.m. Shelly M. Bronwstein, 39, of 2 Charles Court, was arrested on Pleasant Street on a charge of operating under the influence.
4/23 at 6:46 p.m. Glenn W. Powers, 45, of 60 Tufton St., was arrested on Tufton Street on two warrant charges.
4/20 at 8:12 a.m. David C. Webb, 49, of 6 Cushnoc Lane was summonsed on Federal Street on a charge of theft of services.
4/21 at 8:13 p.m. Jared Charles Butler, 23, of 22 Franklin Parkway, was summonsed at 7-Eleven on Maine Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
4/22 at 2:53 p.m. Robert Junior Valle, 36, of 64 Tide Mill Cover Road Apt. A, Harpswell, was summonsed on Cumberland Street on a charge of operating while licence suspended or revoked.

4/20 at 1:34 p.m. A U.S. Census worker was arrested on Jordan Avenue on charges of operating under the influence and sale and use of drug paraphernalia. According to police, Michael Sorrells, a quality control worker for the Census, nearly struck a cruiser driven by a police Cmdr. Kevin Schofield. Schofield then followed Sorrells onto Jordan Avenue where he allegedly struck a curb before driving on the left side of the road. "We in the police business call those clues," said Cmdr. Marc Hagan, adding that Sorrells was pulled over and charged shortly thereafter.
