9/29 at 3:16 p.m. Thomas Dyer, 27, of Tower Circle, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on a charge of domestic violence assault.
10/1 at 2:09 a.m. Matthew Steven Waly, 18, of New York, N.Y., was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on charges of operating without a license, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of drugs.
10/3 Grady Newman, 62, of Spring Street, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on a charge of operating under the influence.
10/3 at 9:39 p.m. Robert Moore, 47, of Tower Circle, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension.
10/4 at 12:47 a.m. Alden Alexander, 18, of Sebasco Estates, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor by consumption.
10/4 at 12:47 a.m. Brian Doughty, 19, of Main Road, Phippsburg, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor by consumption.
10/4 at 12:25 p.m. Police responded to a complaint of vandalism of a bathroom at Waterfront Park on Commercial Street. The bathroom lock was pried open, but there was no damage within the bathroom itself, according to police.
