Arrests

4/13 at 1:45 p.m. Arthur Powers, 28, listed as homeless, was arrested by Officer Keith Jensen on a warrant and on charges of burglary and violation of condition of release.

4/16 at 11:55 p.m. Ryan Elwell, 24, of Barrows Drive, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of violation of conditional release and issued a summons on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Summonses

4/12 Jonathan Pelletier, 24, of Glenmore, Pa., Joshua Tuplin, 22, of Front Street, and Luke Tuplin, 41, of Village Street, Lisbon Falls, were all issued summonses by Officer Jason Aucoin on charges of assault and disorderly conduct.

4/13 Corydan Hawkes, 34, of Winding Way, Harpswell, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating after suspension.

4/14 Roswell Bradford III, 22, of State Road, was issued a summons by Officer Keith Jensen on a charge of criminal mischief.

4/14 Wayne Hart, 52, of Littlefield Road, Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Officer Jason Aucoin on a charge of driving to endanger.

4/16 A juvenile was issued a summons on a charge of possession of tobacco by a minor.

4/18 at 6:59 p.m. Police responded to the report of two boys throwing objects around at a dugout on Denny Road. The boys were throwing a piece of wood at the dugout and were moved along, police said.
