YARMOUTH — The First Parish Congregational Church will host a free workshop on Sunday, April 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on funeral planning.
The workshop will cover how to discuss funeral arangements with loved ones, plan a memorial service, write an obituary, keep important papers safe, and plan memorials, cremation, calling hours and cemeteries.
Senior pastor the Rev. Kent Allen and associate pastor the Rev. Kate Dalton will lead the discussion at the church at 116 Main St. Lunch will be provided. Reservations are appreciated; call 846-0906.
