BATH — Christopher Michael Hanna, 27, died Dec. 31.

He was born in Brunswick on Sept. 20, 1982, and attended local schools, graduating from Morse High School in 2001.

Fun-loving and full of life, he loved his son Christian, who shared his birthday, and his fiancee Autumn Snyder.

His biggest passion was being on the water on the lobster boat.

Other interests included ice fishing, hand tub, and spending time with his family and friends, especially the Quansigamog 475 crew of Bath.

He was predeceased by an older brother, James C Hanna II, and a grandmother, Judith Heuer.

Surviving are his fiancee Autumn Snyder of Bath; son Christian Hanna of Bath; mother Corrinna “Rena” and her husband Richard Grover of Bath, and father James Hanna of Bath, dad “Pop” Allen Hutchison of Brunswick; grandparents Helmet “Bud” Heuer and wife Lynda Olsen of Bath, Nancy and Raymond Hanna of Phippsburg and Winifred Snow of Brunswick; great-grandparents, Jeannette and Ralph Rink; two brothers, Joe Hanna of Bath, and John and Erin Hutchison and nephews Samuel and Emmett of Portland, and sister Lynn and Tom Owens and niece Corrinna of Brunswick; many aunts and uncles; and cousins.

Memorial services were scheduled for Wednesday evening.

Arrangements are by David E. Desmond & Son Funeral Home, 638 High St., Bath.

Memorial donations may be made directly to Desmond Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
