CHEBEAGUE ISLAND — After a rainy Fourth of July put a hold on the fourth annual Chebeague Chebang, the celebration will be held this Saturday, Aug. 30.
The event hosted by the Chebeague Island Inn will run from 4-10 p.m., with barbecue food, yard games, live music, and fireworks. Tickets are $30, and include the cost of the ferry. Guests can park for free at the Yarmouth Park & Ride and be shuttled to the ferry.
The ferry departs Cousins Island at 2:45 p.m. and leaves from Chebeague Island at 10:45 p.m.
