Cape Elizabeth’s Finn Bowe and Lake Region’s Chandler True join Bob Butler after winning the Butler Award as the Western Maine Conference’s top senior basketball players Monday evening at the league’s annual banquet. Bowe, a four-year standout for the Capers, who helped them to the 2015 Class B state title, plans to attend the University of Wisconsin next year.
