CAPE ELIZABETH — Thomas Memorial Library next week will host an informational session on how residents can help refugees in need.

The event, which will be run by Cape Elizabeth resident Marvel Earnshaw, will take place Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. Earnshaw will discuss the needs of refugees and how to offer assistance.

Refugees and service providers will attend the event.
