CAPE ELIZABETH — The Police Department is investigating two burglaries that took place this week in the Oakhurst Road neighborhood.
According to the department’s Facebook page, one of the burglaries occurred in the early morning, while the other took place at night.
A male suspect was described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and dressed in a dark long-sleeve shirt and long pants, police said.
They urged residents to lock their homes and cars at night and call 911 immediately if they see or hear anything suspicious, including people walking late at night, dogs barking at odd hours, or noises that seem out of place during overnight hours.
Anyone with information concerning the burglaries should call the department at 767-3323.
