4/26 at 10:47 a.m. Peter Henckel, 44, of Hartley Street, Portland, was arrested on Fickett Street in South Portland by Officer Ben Davis on outstanding warrants from other agencies.

4/27 at 10:28 p.m. Travis Bettney, 24, of Pleasant Street, Portland, was arrested on Mitchell Road by Officer Rory Diffin on a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

4/28 at 9:32 p.m. David Riker, 21, of Jordan Farm Road, was arrested on McAuley Road by Sgt. Eric Fay on a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

4/29 at 3:22 a.m. Jose L. Pinto Zarate, 30, of Westbrook Street, South Portland, was arrested at his home by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on charges of unlawful sexual contact, assault and criminal restraint.
