9/5 at 5:23 p.m. Brian Allen, 32, of Stuarts Lane, Hollis, was arrested at Fort Williams Park by Officer Ben Davis on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

Summonses

8/30 at 4:46 p.m. Joshua Hughes, 33, of Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77  by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

9/2 no time listed A 17-year-old male, no address listed, was issued a summons at Fort Williams Park by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of violation of a learner’s permit.

9/2 at 5:49 a.m. Aaron Bailey, 24, of Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Officer Darin Estes on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and displaying a suspended license.
