9/19 at 10:14 p.m. Aaron F. Joyal, 34, of Orchard Road, was arrested on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of operating under the influence.
9/21 at 11:13 a.m. Philip W. Jones, 61, of Bayberry Lane, was arrested on Scott Dyer Road by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/21 at 8:41 a.m. Elizabeth Scifres, 37, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Scott Dyer Road by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of failure to produce insurance.
9/24 at 5:30 p.m. Donna Ciampanelli, 60, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of operating under the influence.
The silver spoon
9/23, no time listed. A Mitchell Road resident contacted police to report a burglary. Police arrived and found several items from a dinner service set to be missing from the home. The value of the serving items was unknown, and police are investigating.
