Summonses
9/23 at 6 p.m. Nicholas Breed, 18, of Cape Elizabeth was issued a summons by Officer Aaron Webster on Dennison Drive on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor.
9/23 Two 17-year-old boys from Cape Elizabeth were issued summonses by Officer Aaron Webster on charges of possession of alcohol by a minor.
9/25 at 10:57 p.m. Erick Johnson, 40, of Rochester, N.H., was issued a summons by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on Route 77 on a charge of operating without a license.
Over easy
9/24 Police were notified that a house on Mitchell Road had been allegedly egged in the night.
Over hard
9/27 Two residents living in the Shore Road area contacted police on separate occasions to report their windows were allegedly shot with a BB gun and damaged.
Fire calls
9/23 at 8:15 a.m. Fire alarm on Cross Hill.
9/25 at 11:10 a.m. Mutual aid to South Portland.
9/26 at 11:37 a.m. Power lines down on Mountain View Road.

Cape Elizabeth emergency medical services responded to six calls from Sept 20 – 26.
