9/27 at 11:30 p.m. Benjamin Fox, 25, of Acorn Lane, Scarborough, was arrested on Cove View Road by Officer Aaron Webster on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, domestic violence assault, violating conditions of release, criminal restraint, operating with a suspended or revoked license and obstructing the report of a crime.
