Arrests

10/4 at 6:30 p.m. Henry Williams, 46, of Ocean Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Ocean House Road by Chief Neil Williams on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

10/8 at 5:59 p.m. Samuel Rafferty, 24, of Casco Street, Portland, was arrested on Shore Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
