10/5 at 3:15 p.m. Brian D. Reeves, 42, of Ocean Avenue, Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of violating conditions of release.

10/6 at 12:23 a.m. Michael J. Withers, 30, of Mitchell Road, Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on charges of operating under the influence, attempting to elude a police officer, refusing to submit to arrest and criminal speeding.

Summonses

10/2 at 2:05 p.m. Robert Johnson, 52, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Scott Dyer Road by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

10/4 at 2:38 p.m. J. Scott Stephenson, 59, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

10/5 at 6:53 p.m. Ross Emery, 70, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Ocean House Road by Officer Ben Davis on  a charge if driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

10/7 at 4:10 p.m. John Harrison, 19, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Kettle Cove Road by Officer Rory Diffin on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10/8 at 7:15 p.m. Daniel Morgan, 51, of Scarborough, was issued a summons on Sawyer Road by Sgt. Eric Fay on a charge of failure to produce insurance.

Meter money

10/4, no time reported. A Shore Road resident called police to report that a car had been burglarized. Although there was no damage to the vehicle, police found that several dollars of loose change was missing.

10/6, no time reported. An Ocean House Road residence was burglarized and a $400 TV taken, police reported.
