10/4 at 8:24 a.m. Amanda Smith, 34, of Longfellow Drive, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Longfellow Drive by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a warrant for unpaid fines and a charge of operating with a suspended license.
